Week 6
02/07: Sucker Punch
I checked out the 2019 EP, Suburban Ceremonies, and then listened to the rest of the singles. Excited for what’s next. Favorite Track: Hope Like Hell
02/08: Sløtface
I started with the 2020 album, Sorry for the late reply. So damn good. Then I listened to the 2017 album Try Not to Freak Out. So damn good. It was too hard to pick a favorite so I chose the first song I heard. Favorite Track: S.U.C.C.E.S.S
02/09: see through person
I checked out the 2021 and 2020 EPs, sun and chariot. The right amount of riff! Favorite Track: periwinkle (feat. Dogleg)
02/10: Donaher
This was a recommendation from a bandmate. I checked out the new 2022 release, Gravity and the Stars Above. It’s a fun little album. Fixer Upper was a solid opener. Favorite Track: For Your Love
02/11: Brown Maple
It was in fact Friday, so I checked out the new EP, Love Songs About How Much I Hate You. Solid little EP. Favorite Track: Nervous Wreck
02/12: Newgrounds Death Rugby
I listened to the 2021 album, Pictures of Your Pets. I really appreciated the track order. This record was a journey. Well done. Favorite Track: Pipeline Punch (excellent closing track)
02/13: Goings
I listened to the 2020 release It’s For You Super fun record. It was hard to pick a single favorite track. Favorite Track: Phone Numbers (Trying//Dying, It’s For You, and Elevator were close seconds)
