#BOTD 2022 – Week 4

It was somehow a Midwest majority this week. We also took a trip to Canada, Norway, and Australia. (this is a travel blog now…)

01/24: Overgrow
I checked out the 2021 release, Hear Your Voice Again. I really appreciated the build in the opening track, and the sequence of the album all together. Favorite Track: New Light
01/25: OK Cool
I checked out the 2021 EP, Surrealist. I’m excited to hear what comes next! Favorite Track: Five Finger Exploding Heart Technique
01/26: Arcane Ghosts
I listened to the 2019 EP, Human Interference, and then checked out the 2021 singles. “Rollercoaster” has an undeniably catchy intro. Favorite Track: In The Blue
01/27: Bottom Bracket
I checked out the 2020 release, I Don’t Care Enough to Stay. Nostalgic jams? Is that a thing. Favorite Track: Failures
01/28: Onsloow
It was in fact Friday, so I checked the week old S/T record which came out on January 21st. A lot of catchy jams! Favorite Track: Sleeping/Daydreaming
01/29: Whatever, Forever
I listened to the 2021 EP, Slowly Dying With You. This was a really good little EP. Favorite Track: Slowly Dying With You
01/30: Of Brighter Skies
I listened to the 2018 EP Nowhere Kids. Favorite Track: Sweater Weather
